You pay when your keyword Phrases are listed on PAGE ONE in google – Otherwise it’s free!
We understand that the Organic / Natural Search landscape is a difficult one to traverse and even more challenging to explain. No doubt you will , or already have, come upon SEO companies who’s marketing fodder cover topics such as “keyword clusters”, “behavior diagnostics”, “search influencers” and other colorful phrases coined in our industry. We believe in this industry that it is often easier for some search firms to present a litany of well orchestrated graphs, charts and catch phrases than to deliver and be held accountable for what the clients actually want; results.
In fact, if you boil all the search related technologies, strategies and terms down you end up with just 3 basic tenures.
- Determine the keywords and keyword phrases people are using to identify or find your services.
- Achieve Page One rankings for those keywords and keyword phrases.
- Convert your site visitors into sales or leads.
How do we do it? We use are advanced search analytics, keyword research, white hat link building, social media channels, pay per click bid management, cutting edge copywriting and conversion tracking tools. However we base our success and compensation on our client’s success. We are so confident in our abilities to achieve Page One rankings that we have structured our compensation to be based on results.
Search Engine Marketing Process
The following are the steps we will take to implement and execute your Search Engine Optimization and Marketing Campaign
Step 1 – Asset Definition
We will start by auditing your website to define which pages will be optimized for selected keywords. If we find that there are pages that need to be created to support the campaign, those will be outlined. We will also provide updates to existing content that will include updates of Meta Tags, Keywords, Title tags and updates to content that is currently on the website.
Step 2 – On Page Optimization
Once we have defined what needs to be done to the website to support the off page marketing efforts, based on prior responsibilities definition, we will either hand over the changes to your development team or we will make the changes ourselves with written permission. This also includes creation of new pages that may be required. These new pages will not be linked off the main navigation but only be linked from the site map and will be used as target URLS from our off page marketing efforts.
Step 3 – Off Page Marketing
Once we have implemented all optimization updates to your site, we will begin the offline marketing program. This program will be conducted over the course of the engagement. In this program we will be executing link-building strategies to raise your rankings in the search engines. We conduct these campaigns in ways that we do not raise a flag to the search engines that we are running such campaigns. We also review campaign performance at least once a month to gauge performance and target our efforts to certain keyword areas based upon need.
- Page Content – We will ‘tweak’ the text on your website to include the keywords related to your specific service/product. This includes the text throughout your site. Each page on your website deals with a different aspect or subject related to your company, and we will take advantage of that, and use the proper keywords and text that relates to that page, and to your specific service/product. Page content is an important part of professional website promotion.
- Meta Tags- Metas are created through research and analysis including keyword popularity, keyword marketing relevance and the competition for your websites specific keywords. This includes separate Description and Keywords for each page of your website. Meta tags are an important part of website promotion.
- Titles – Each page of your site should have a different Title, used to describe that pages’ content. By using different Titles on different pages, we are able to utilize a multitude of keywords related to your service/product.
- Search Engines and Directories – Google, Yahoo, AOL, MSN, Ask, DMOZ (Open Directory Project) The above search engines and directories are included in all our website promotion packages. We also submit to various minor search engines and directories as well.
- Link Building – We specialize in the submissions of your site to relevant and specific links related to your type of service/product. Includes submissions to databases, directories and websites that correlate to your specific industry. These links are important, as search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN, will look at your site as more relevant to your specific industry, because of the related links. Our specialty is one way links, which are much more important than reciprocal links (two way links), because search engines (like Google, Yahoo and MSN) see one way links as more relevant.
- Manual Submissions – All search engine, directories and link submissions are done manually. Includes submission of your website in all the major search engines. We NEVER use automated software, since many search engines do not appreciate them, and may penalize your site ranking because of it. This is essential for proper website promotion.
The Final Caveat
Space is limited to 2 (two) clients per industry in a given locale. That means 2 CPAs, 2 Veterinarians, 2 Restaurants, 2 car dealerships, etc. The reason for this is twofold: First, because it is just not fair to our customers. Second is because it is VERY difficult to achieve page one rankings with several clients. That being said – SPACE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Once those spots are full, they’re gone.
